STORE POLICY

ARI PERFORMANCE – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Bookings & Payments

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure all booking dates.

  • A 50% cancellation fee (based on the full invoice amount) applies if a booking is cancelled after the deposit is paid.

  • All invoices must be paid in full before vehicle pickup or release.

  • All parts and product orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch.

  • ARI Performance will accept returns for any off-the-shelf items in the form of a store credit with a 40% reduction, valid for 30 days from the date of return.

  • Please note there will be no refunds or exchanges available on any custom orders.

Vehicle Responsibility

  • Once your vehicle leaves our workshop, ARI Performance accepts no responsibility for any damages, faults, or incidents that occur thereafter.

  • Any vehicle dropped off without prior discussion or approval from ARI Performance will incur a $300 unapproved drop-off fee, plus a $65 per day storage fee. ARI Performance is not liable for vehicles left under these circumstances.

Workshop Policy

  • By appointment only — please do not arrive unannounced.

  • If you experience an issue or need to make a booking, please contact us via phone or email to arrange a time.

Warranty & Legal Notice

  • All fabrication work includes a lifetime weld warranty (covering workmanship on welds only).

  • All modifications performed by ARI Performance are for off-road use only.

  • ARI Performance is not responsible for compliance, emissions, or registration-related issues arising from modifications.
